We started Johnson Family Homes to do real estate the way we'd want it done. We're easy to reach, we do what we say, and we stay hands-on from the first call to the closing table. Because buying or selling a home is one of the biggest moves a family makes, and it deserves that kind of care.

We're a husband-and-wife real estate team with eXp Realty, working out of Central Florida since 2020. Becky leads the client side: listings, showings, open houses. Ryan leads the deal side: comparative analysis, contracts, the fine print. Two of us, two specialties, one team. The split is our advantage, and yours.
When we are not buying or selling houses, we're raising two daughters in Oviedo, the same town Becky grew up in. That means we know the school zones, the back roads, and where to find the best ice cream. (Kelly's. The answer is Kelly's.)
